Build a seven-day time card with custom row labels, start and end times, unpaid breaks, rounding, report notes, and optional pay. Use Copy Monday down to fill the remaining rows before adjusting individual days.
Formula
Daily hours are (rounded end − rounded start − break) / 60. Weekly overtime
splits total hours at the weekly threshold; daily overtime applies the threshold
separately to every worked row.
Examples
Default Monday shift
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break produces 8 hours.
42-hour week at $35/hour
With overtime after 40 hours at 1.5×, base pay is $1,400 and two overtime hours add $105, for $1,505 total pay.
